What the preview stores

Your authenticated session identifier and email are used to isolate your personal workspace. Agent definitions, uploaded text documents, published snapshots, test questions, generated outputs, execution events, token counts, and approval decisions are persisted in Cloudflare D1 (APAC region).

Model inference & processing

When AI generation is selected, your question, agent instructions, and retrieved knowledge passages are transmitted to the configured model provider (Anthropic or OpenAI). Model providers process requests ephemerally and do not use customer preview data to train foundation models.

Cloudflare, Inc. — Edge computing, static hosting, and Cloudflare D1 database (APAC region).
Anthropic, PBC — Primary foundation model inference API (when configured).
OpenAI, LLC — Alternative model provider API (when configured).

Data deletion & retention

You can delete individual knowledge files in the agent builder. You can request full workspace deletion in Settings (“DELETE MY WORKSPACE”). This freezes your workspace immediately and marks all associated records for permanent purging.
