Anthropic integration & safety milestone

Official Anthropic Provider: Implemented native Claude 3.5 & 3.7 Sonnet adapter using @anthropic-ai/sdk with structured error classification and retry backoff.
Cloudflare D1 APAC Database: Applied schema migrations 0000 and 0001 with 10 tables supporting approvals, request limits, provider health, and evidence auditing.
Human-in-the-Loop Approvals: Added approval state machine (awaiting_approval → approved / rejected) with owner authorization checks.
JajanMurah Pilot Concierge: Added JajanMurah customer operations template and verified case study.
Startup Program Readiness Dashboard: Real workspace evidence calculation excluding test/demo records with Markdown summary export.
Workspace Deletion Workflow: Added self-service deletion request and cancellation flows.
Security Hardening: Enabled CSP, HSTS, nosniff, Referrer-Policy, and Permissions-Policy headers. Added XML sitemap and robots.txt.
